Message	segment on this, or any market that is more price conscious and less concerned with the ethical ramifications and/or product innovation. While Z1's customer service has historically been less than adequate, they do provide a good service to our Z community with their new and used parts business. If the product innovators were to exhaust all avenues of producing innovative parts in the most cost effective manner, then this would leave little room for others to come in and undercut them.
